SEACOAST BOOT CAMP
At Seacoast Boot Camp you will train just like personnel in the US Army.
Each session lasts for 1 month, classes last 45 minutes on four days a week with optional Saturday classes.
At the start of each session, you are assessed with a PT test (2 minutes of Sit Ups, 2 Minutes of Push Ups and a 1 mile run). These tests allow the instructors to set the proper training intensity and also used to measure progress over the course of the session. You will make progress!
Every Seacoast Boot Camp session is a different workout utilizing FM 21-20 (the US Army Physical Fitness Field Manual).
Some workout examples are Sprints, short distance running (1 – 11/2 miles) Calisthenics, Sandbag workouts, Obstacle Course, and of course we can’t forget push ups and sit ups.
